Snowflake Animal Rescue Adoption Application

We appreciate your interest in Snowflake Animal Rescue and hope that together we will find the companion that is just right for you. Our adoption fees are $95 for a cat or kitten (or $160 for two!) The fee includes deworming, initial vaccinations, and spay or neuter of your new pet. Kittens are tested for Feline Leukemia and adult cats for Feline Leukemia and FIV.

Please fill out this form and e-mail it to us (by selecting the 'Submit' button) and one of our volunteers will contact you. An Adoption Counselor will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the adoption process, but an approved application is required before you will be able to visit one of our foster homes.

Although all applications are welcome, we will never send an animal to a new home without having met the prospective adopter. If you are from outside our local area, please let us know when you will be in Raleigh and can visit with us and our animals.
