Caretaking:

Feed the hungry, clean the litter boxes! Help the foster homes to care for the animals. Work alone or team up with a partner one day a week.

Fundraising:

Coordinate and work on projects to raise funds. Previous projects have included yard sales, chicken pick'en, bake, craft, cookbook and Christmas card sales. New and creative ideas are always welcome!

Adopt-a-thon assistants and setup:

Help clean the cages, get the materials ready before our adoptathons, then work in our adoptathon center 'introducing' the cats and kittens to interested adopters. Work one on one with adopters to help make the perfect match!

Adopt-a-thon counselor trainee:

Help interview potential adopters so we can find good homes for our 'kids', provide education and information about our organization, answer questions and maybe recruit future volunteers - you talk to other 'cat people' and maybe have lots of fun. We would like you to work initially as an assistant to 'learn the ropes' and then we will provide additional training.

Advertising:

Make posters, distribute flyers, post notices in veterinarian offices. Artistic ability and an outgoing personality would be assets!
